It is now 12 days after your 40th Birthday Son and 1 day after Marian's birthday. We all have birthdays but they are always tinged with sadness as you cannot be with us then. A few years ago a Mountain Ash (Rowan) tree started growing in my garden. I moved it 2 or 3 times as it grew and was wondering where to plant it. Well I have found the perfect place .....surrounded by some of your like . We planted it with love and care and sprinkeled some of your ashes around the base, I am glad to say you have settled in and are thriving. With any luck one day some of your berries will grow somewhere and start new life. Something you never had the time for while you were on this earth. We hold you as we talk to you giving us some small measure of comfort.The raw hurt diminishes slowly with time but the sorrow will never leave. Sleep well Son. Dad
